Mr. Hocniel Diaz Valdes was born in Havana on 15 January 1981. Started as a cigar roller student in Partagás factory in 1999 and currently his at the 9th grade - the maximum level of skill in the industry. He has 9 years experiences in cigar rolling and capable of rolling all kinds of cigars.

Mr. Diaz Valdes received additional study on Tobacco "Figurado" and he is now the teacher of quality in Partagás factory.
